I recently made a major camera upgrade, purchasing Nikon’s D7000 SLR (thank you to my many camera advisers!). As much as I loved the functionality of my digital Canon point-and-shoot fitting in my purses, clutches, and pockets… I can’t say the image quality could keep up with my amazing travel and blogging needs. Which lead me to what will be my next purchase – some form of stylish camera case to hold this massive piece of hardware. Most – if not all – of the cases sold at camera stores are function, function, function. And while I understand that electronics need to be protected (cameras and lenses especially), I’m not one for totally sacrificing fashion. So I bought a neoprene sleeve and strap for padding and protection. And I’m deciding between the four cases above to act as my go-to camera-carry-all. I’m leaning towards m0851′s medium Postman bag in black. Chic enough to wear to an event or night out, and small enough that it won’t look ridiculous if my outfit incorporates another purse or clutch (let’s be honest, this bag needs to be all camera).

Since moving to LA, I assumed anyone with cameras of this size were Paparazzi. Now I understand many are just photographers. If you can’t beat ‘em, photograph ‘em. That’s right – say “cheese!!”
